How To File a Claim
This 100% Money Back Guarantee is a one-year performance promise by Integrity Home Solutions that upon installation our equipment will perform as represented and designed for a twelve-month period. We may request a copy of this 100% Money Back Guarantee and a copy of your sales agreement or purchase order with Integrity Home Solutions. Integrity Home Solutions will then schedule an appointment to inspect the premises and the claim within a reasonable period of time after having received the claim. If Integrity Home Solutions determines to replace any or all product(s), and if such product(s) as originally installed are no longer available, Integrity Home Solutions shall have the right to substitute product(s) designated by Integrity Home Solutions to be of equal quality.
